Come learn and experience a sneak peek of the new conservatory training program at d2b Studios on Market Street in partnership with IAE Academy. This OPEN HOUSE is only available to 10 attendees who are between the ages of 12-17 years old and are interested in the performing arts and exhibit talent in dance and movement, acting and singing.
A little background on the new and innovative online and private performing arts school starting in the Fall 2020. The conservatory program will give students, grades 7-12th, the opportunity to train 20+ hours per week in dance across various genres while receiving a full online academic program. Students will enjoy schedule flexibility and a framework to train intensively at the local studio and to pursue entertainment jobs while enrolled in school. As part of the launch, The CONSERVATORY at d2b Studios becomes an Authorized Training Site (ATS) of the IAE Academy of Performing Arts, which gives Denver-based d2b CONSERVATORY students the opportunity to receive 1:1 career coaching, mentorship, and an introduction to the entertainment industry by Hollywood-based management company, Independent Artist Entertainment (IAE).
For the past 6 years, dance2b has cultivated a respectable dance training program dedicated to adults and will continue to do so in the evening, while the d2b CONSERVATORY will educate the future entertainers of our young artists in a small private performing arts school environment during the day. “I am elated to collaborate with the IAE Academy to create the opportunity for youth to receive excellence in both academics and industry management from such reputable entities as the ICL Academy, a Dwight School affiliate, and Independent Artist Entertainment as part of the new blended approach here in Denver with the launch of a new CONSERVATORY at d2b Studios. Being a partner to provide the local industry facility and dance training as the third component to the comprehensive and innovative model of online and in-studio training is the step in the right direction for dance2b. This expansion will fully utilize the state-of-the-art facility with two spacious studios, a Cinematic Arts Theater and a Film & Production Studio as well as the experience of the in-house talent of the Artistic Directors & Faculty members. I see this educational excellence similar to one of the Rock School of Dance Education founded by Dr. Milton L. Rock who also was the managing partner of Hay Associates where I worked as a consultant for many years.
