Ashley Henson, a Colorado Native, began her dance training at the age of 3. She followed dance up with gymnastics training two years later and allowed the two to play off of each other as she trained in both through high school. While attending college at Front Range Community College and the University of Colorado Denver, Ashley took up dancing for, co-directing, and choreographing for various Denver Metro area semi professional dance teams including Northern Colorado's Indoor Professional Football team, The Colorado Ice. Upon finishing college with a Fine Arts degree in multimedia design, Ashley continued to share her passion for dance, gymnastics, and overall fitness by coaching recreational youth gymnastics, coaching high school poms, and by becoming a fitness coach. She feels dance has always been one of her favorite ways to let loose, move, have fun, and get an amazing work out. She is excited to be a part of such an amazing group of instructors.
