Henry Graham, the Artistic Producer + Director of Education at the d2b CONSERVATORY, previously trained aspiring dancers and actors from 9-16 years and curated a dance program with a vision of convergent art and a drive to reach and collaborate with students and artists from communities systematically marginalized including inner city youth, artists of color, students with special needs, and others often ignored or dismissed by the entertainment, performing arts and arts innovation industries.

He was successful and cultivated the highest level of performance training student, commercial and concert productions. His framework of teaching classical and contemporary dance to inner city youth and students with special needs in Colorado was based on two decades of performing with the Walt Disney Company, the Screen Actors Guild, Cirque du Soleil, Alvin Ailey, Juilliard, the Rock School, Janet Jackson, Beyonce Knowles, the Nicholas Brothers and Royal Caribbean, Henry built a company program to nourish an elevated caliber of art.

This training program uplifted local artists and students performing in varied modes who won over a hundred competitions and prepared students to successfully obtain scholarships to Juilliard, the American School of Ballet's Summer Intensive Program, the Rock School in Philadelphia, and the Kirov School in St. Petersburg, Russia. These dancers now perform with the LA Ballet,  Sacramento Ballet as well as in NYC as a freelance artist to include independent work as a choreographer for ballet and modern pieces for the American Cancer Society and Capital Dance Project. They are represented by Bloc LA, Flair Entertainment NYC and AS Imagery.
