BIO

Ashley started dancing as a kid in her living room, emulating any and all of the performers on MTV. Having fallen in love, she worked her way to a competition hip-hop team by middle school. Once high school hit, her focused changed to sports where a passion for physical fitness was born. During her college years she combined her love for dance and fitness and began teaching cardio dance formats. Now Ashley teaches numerous group fitness classes ranging from strength to martial arts to dance. Thrilled to be apart of the dance2b team, Ashley strives to cater to all levels of dance and fitness that walk into her class. Helping others reach their dance f goals is something Ashley is passionate about, and what better way to do that then to dance all the world’s stresses away!
