dance2b is offering a special workshop from Barton C. while he is in town from NYC this November 30 from 2-4pm for both the beginner and intermediate/advanced dancers! Come learn from this Capezio sponsored Dance Athlete and featured dancer of the NYC Dance Project. He knows how to have fun and bring dance accessible to those all interested in learning the performing art. Adults and Teens 14 and up encouraged to attend!
Beginner Movement Class from 2-3pm will provide an essential warmup and an overview of alignment and proper positioning in order to achieve the ultimate benefits from dance. Beginner dance technique sculpts the body like nothing else without injury issues. Class will also include a piece of jazz fusion choreography. Come capture the love for dance in a friendly, no pressure beginner class.
Masters Performance Class from 3-4pm will cover all elements of technique, combinations and performance required in the world of professional dance. So come learn from a Denver native his combined experience as a student at DSA, dance major at the University of Arizona, and now a professional dancer including the Rasta Thomas’ Bad Boys of Dance and Lar Lubovitch touring Europe. This class is a great opportunity for aspiring dancers in the Greater Denver area.
Alex has a delightful way of bringing sunshine to your morning with classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am. No experience is necessary. Tuesday’s class is a Barre class that will incorporate ballet moves on the floor and the barre for the ultimate workout. Thursday’s class will provide the stretch needed before the weekend to relax or be prepared for more DANCE. These classes are complimentary tasters for the month of October so you can experience dance on dance2b!

Come join Allie from 12-12:30pm this Saturday, July 26 and learn the beginner “Everyone Dance” routine choreographed by SYTYCD judges Nigel Lythgoe and Adam Shankman to bring all together to dance on this National holiday. Whether this is your first couples class or you are back for more, heat things up with a couples dance class downtown! The event will kick off with cocktails and music and ease into partner choreography. Tasty appetizers will be provided by Vesta Dipping Grill. Check-in, mingling with drinks and apps begin at 6pm. Couples Dance Lessons start at 6:30pm. On July 18, come learn Beginner East Coast Swing with Mike and Cole Huling. You will be sure to know how to do some tricks, turn and dip by the end of the workshop.
